iNVNCBL Gets A ‘Boost’ From Gluco®

Our warm ups are an integral part of our challenges, and who better to ensure we get you off to the best start than this guy! Richard Hughes is an experienced Strength & Conditioning professional who has over 25 years experience of fitness conditioning, Personal Training, specialising in Individual Athlete Development in team sports, Mobility and Rehabilitation work. Richard has a successful track record for training and working with Athletes, Celebrities, World Record Holders, Regional & International Rugby Players, Premiership/Championship Footballers and National Teams, Academies, Artists, Groups and Dancers. Dedicated and innovative in his approach to supporting both high profile clients & each individual enhancing their ability, reaching their goals and fulfilling their potential. Richard currently works for Cardiff Blues and Cardiff City FC working in the area of Mobility & Recovery / Athletic Development Curriculum. iNVNCBL Teams Up With Nation Radio

  Taking over Parc Penallta on October 17th, we are excited to announce a new partnership with Wales' leading Radio Station, Nation Radio. Their 'Big Welsh Wake Up' hosts Niall and Danny will be MCing on the day and treating our runners to a whole new OCR music experience. A high intensity mix of sounds will keep the runners energised as they are led through their warm up, then as they head to the start line the runners will be immersed in the atmosphere inspiring everyone to channel their adrenaline into a strong and positive start! Listen out for us on Nation Radio 'Recommends' over the next two weeks.
